Payment Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

An advance payment of 40% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.

The advance payment must be paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice, failing which the reservation will be released.

2. Payment Terms

Balance payment must be made at the start of the tour.

For last-minute bookings made within 7 days of arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or an online gateway payment method.

Any additional bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer.

4. Currency

All payments must be made in [currency, e.g., USD, EUR, or LKR] unless otherwise agreed upon.

Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the client, and payments should reflect the full invoice amount.

5. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation:

Full refund of the advance payment will be provided for cancellations made 30 days before the travel date (subject to hotel cancellation policies).

For cancellations within 30 days, refunds depend on the cancellation policies of hotels, vehicles, and activities.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

All refunds are subject to deductions for administrative fees and non-refundable components.

7. Amendments to the Policy

Veloria Travels reserves the right to amend the payment policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
